I imagine that is why I ended up bumping into teaching. Currently, I work as a teacher of the Nutrition-Health area of the International Ibero-American University (UNIB), belonging to the network of universities FUNIBER.
They call me spontaneous, cheerful and enthusiastic (I say: "Don't be fooled by the photo, I have a lot of character and I'm a little crazy» 😁).
Since I was little I was a staunch defender of lost causes and fighter against injustice .
I was more or less settled and in line with what society marks us. But something was boiling inside me and the "crazy string" in me needed something more...something to contribute to the improvement of society from my profession.
I assumed that there would be nothing more rewarding than combining the life project with the job and live doing what I believed in.
Therefore, I left work and stability to delve into nutrition in cooperation and international health.

The most extensive work experience has been as Food Quality Auditor. Despite the subsequent professional turnaround, it is a time of which I am proud, since every well-used learning gives us value.
Research and languages have accompanied me along the way; the latter are my great passion, along with others such as discovering new places and cultures.
Without a doubt, the best experience was in Madagascar, first as a volunteer intern, then as Coordinator of the Health and Fight against Malnutrition Program (Coconut Water Foundation).
